Thank the Lord that I was given at least some scrap of patience when I was made, because without it, I doubt I would be posting this. I finally hit 15 pounds lost yesterday after starting working out in March. It seems like it was going so slowly, but I'm nearly 1/4 of the way to my goal now.

    Congratulations! 2 lbs a week, which is right about where you're at it sounds, is a pretty solid weight loss average. Keep up the good work!

    Keep at it! Don't think about the road ahead, think about what you've accomplished. Most failures are due to the anxiety and depression when thinking about how much more you have to lose, not how far you've come.
