Has anyone on here used a nutritionist? Would you recommend it?

  I did, didn't gain much knowledge past what I have learned on here and through Google. Even my nutritionist seemed to think most nutritional science is more theory than fact.

  I use a nutritionist for helping me to recover from anorexia. there's not a edh anywhere near,so i have only my nutritionist to help me - and well,she's a total *****.
