After over a week of terrible bloating, weight gain and losing my motivation, I finally got back on track and lost that stubborn bloat belly! I have now reached *just* over a stone (14.8lbs) and I am really happy!

I need to work now on my body fat % and doing some resistance and strength to define by body more.

    My bellybutton is ruined! Two of my navel piercings began to SINK into my skin and therefore had to be removed :( scarred me and now my button looks like a bum hole!
