Never had a NSV feel so good

I go to a small country gym. It's a nice size but only has one large separate room for classes and for cool down/stretching. If there isn't a class going anyone is welcome to use the room. I went in the other day to hit the mat for sit ups and when I walked in the room there was a woman doing the same. She quickly sat up and said "oh I'm sorry are you teaching a class right now?" I just about fell over and profusely thanked her for thinking I looked like an aerobics instructor. I know I have lost 41 pounds since joining MFP and my body has certainly changed but there has been no greater proof than this!

    That's a great moment! In your shoes I would have been trying to keep myself together, say thank you, and then internally, I'd be doing the happy dance :)
