I keep seeing recipes for these refrigerator protein bars that look awesome, but do they melt when you take them out of the fridge? Like on a warm day if I were to stick one of these in a baggy on a bike ride, am I going to end up with a baggy of goo?

The one's I just made are kind of mushy. If you want them to be a little more solid, I'd advise baking them for 10 minutes at about 350.0

Excellent, I will try that! To-go food is really the only reason I would make a protein bar, so I don't want to waste the effort and then end up with a protein goo bag. Thanks!0
