My (1st) Progress pics at 32lb loss

This is my first time posting my own real success story thread. I've lost just over 30lbs and was really having a hard time with seeing the difference until I started going through pictures in preparation for a scrapbooking retreat.
Here is a "before" and "during" picture I put together so I could really see it for myself. The before picture was taken August of 2011. I know I had gained between then and when I started using MFP seriously in January. The "during" picture was taken last week at work in the mirror.
I am really astounded by the change I saw, the difference is so apparent and I look forward to being able to post even more pictures in the future!
Thank you to all my MFP friends who've been with me through this journey and the continued road ahead!

Wow, great job! Great idea, too. It IS hard to see any visible changes in ourselves. Pictures are a great way to do it and thus, motivate ourselves.0
