Open Diaries

Options
I don't know about you, but I like to "peak" at others diaries to see what they are eating. I seem to get into ruts and need ideas on what others are doing to stay fueled for the day.

My diary is open here- http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/dstanley753 please feel free to see what I eat. Some days I am under and others I eat like a garbage truck (generally the weekends). Disregard my water intake as I generally drink all day and don't log the water. Also I have Orthostatic hypotension so my sodium intake needs to be a little higher than some.

Post below if your diary is open...make it easier for us Diary Trolls lol!

Mines open too, and btw is orthostatic hypotension the condition that makes you dizzy when you stand up from sitting or laying down a lot of times? I think I have been told I have that, but was never told anything could help it.

Yes it is...my doctor told me to up my sodium and caffeine, which I found odd, but it has helped dramatically for me at least!

Mine's open! I've had a bad weekend:P Could you elaborate on your condition? I get the dizzy, overheated, faint feeling so often and I just thought of it as an inner ear problem. Not saying I have it but I've never heard of it and calling them 'panic attacks' seems so extreme.
