hi im new and breast feeding is there anyway to add the extra 300 calories to the 1200 im allowed thanks super excited to be on this journey with the rest of you headed towards the same goal!!!!!!!!

Go to Settings, in the blue banner at the top you will then see "Goals" click on that. Then there is a button at the bottom that says to update, click that and do custom. Then you can adjust your own calories.
I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure you need an extra 500 calories when breastfeeding, it's 300 when pregnant. If it were me I'd rather start out higher than too low just in case it starts to affect your milk supply.0
