I like to do wide grip pull ups and i usually can get a better set if i rest about a minute and a half instead of just one minute. Whats the best for building muscle and or the amount i can do? Any and all advice is welcome and appreciated.

Normally, I rest 2 minutes between each set for heavy stuff and 1 min 30secs for pull-ups and other lighter stuff. Just continue resting 1min 30secs since you get better sets with them.0

I try to keep it at a max of 90 seconds rest between sets. If I can keep good form, then I'll try resting for less time. I think you're using a good rest time for size and strength.0
