Ankle Injury

Tonight I tried getting on my Gazelle but that only last for about 5 minutes because my ankle can’t handle it. I broke this ankle a couple of times when I was younger. Does anyone have any tips/solutions? I need to exercise but I’m having a very hard time keeping focus with the pain I am in. If you have any tips or solutions please share! I'm feeling a little discouraged.

I don't really know, but sometimes it is okay to take time off to feel better. I mean if you have to rest you have to rest. You could do something that doesnt really require as much ankle movement... sit-ups maybe?0

I would really like to do cardio. I am going to join a gym this weekend and use the elliptical which should be a bit easier on my ankle.0
