I have recently lost about 12 Kilos was 72Kgs now 60kg and i want to lose 5Kgs more.
Why is it getting so hard now? I train pretty hard for soccer and work full time,
I have a very steady diet and struggling to lose the last 5 :/
Any Recommendations ? =)

The closer to your goal, the more your body fights to maintain your body fat. Your body fears famime and body fat is the quickest source of energy to maintain functions. What you have to do is minimize your caloric deficit to 1/2 lb per week and aim to 75% of your exercise calories. Or you can figure out your tdee and cut 20%.

TDEE is total daily energy expended. So a person burns so many calories a few ways. First is your metabolic rate or bmr. This is the amount of calories your body burns through body functions (breathing, digestion, etc). Then you burn calories by going tobthe bathroom, walking to get lunch. That is your multipling factor. And then exercise. Combine all 3 and you have your tdee. So if you post your height, age and weight i can demonstrate this mathematically.

What's the last 5kg for? DOnt get hung up on your weight. As you play a lot of sport, use that to determine your progress. Are you sprinting faster/longer? Kicking harder? Less prone to injury?

THe last 5kg makes no difference, infact you've probably taken on that in water and muscle. I say well done, you've already lost 20% of your body weight, thats excellent.
