    Absoluty Fabulous! It does take a while to feel skinny after you finally get there. It's been about a year for me and I still smile ear to ear when I try on clothes that fall off or when I go shopping and have to get a smaller size! Awesome Job!

    You can still hit the gym lifting weights. The great thing about exercise is that you can always modify doing something else that shouldn't affect an injured area much.
