I know it's unhealthy, but it's my favourite fall treat! I just looked it up in the meal planner, and it's only around 150 cal per serving, and no fat. Definitely not a healthy option, I mean it's pure sugar, but a little treat without too much damage sounds good to me hehehe :laugh: Now....if I could only stop at 1 servinggg:grumble:

i buy the bite size or Halloween packaging for candy esp this time of year that way I can have alittle but don't eat a whole bunch- works well for items like candy corn and M&Ms0
