Kettlebell Form and Results?

I recently incorporated Kettlebell workouts into my routine. I found a really good DVD by Lauren Brooks, I really like her because she shows you exactly how you're form is supposed to be and what to do and not to do. I've only been doing it for about a week but I really like it.
I wanted to ask anyone that has done kettlebell workouts if you felt sore in any way the next day. I'm pretty positive that Im using the correct form and I'm using a heavy bell. I dont know if Im supposed to feel sore but I haven't. So I dont know if that means Im not getting enough out of the workouts or not.
Any info or advice would be great! Thanks!

Well, I can't particularly speak to Kettlebell workouts specifically... but if you have just started and this is day 1 after your workout... wait for day 2.
Many do not experience the soreness and stiffness you are referring to - resulting from new or increased exercise - until a little longer has passed - hence the term "Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness". It typically peaks around 48 hours after exercise....0 -
I've been pretty sore after new kettlebell routines ESP when I upped to 15lb but usually only after the first workouts.0

I just started using a 15 pound bell too and thought I would be at least a little sore but Im not. Was your stomach and glutes sore or your arms?0
