I'm feeling kinda down today so I thought I needed an upper! I've just recently started my journey on MFP and I love it! But before this I used the old weight watchers program and lost 50 pounds! So here are some before and after pictures of my weight loss so far.
This is me summer 2010 at my heaviest.
