Does anyone eat there?
The brochure says it's healthy but I think: "Too many calories! :D"

i am confused. If it is in the box, you can look at the nutrition label?

It sounds like maybe "pasta Box" is the name of a resturaunt though? If so, look at their website, it may have information. Or call and ask them.

    Good luck!
  • "pasta box" is the name of the restaurant. I looked ,but there is no information .. :(

Oh, a guessing game. I like games. I choose 1500 cals. Sorry, I have a case of the smart a** Mondays and really can't help you. Happy Monday.

I'd honestly go with 1000-1500 cals without looking it up. Restaurants are typically higher in cals than the same things that you would make at home.

Can you not give them a phone call and ask them ? They should be able to give you a rough honest estimate

This is what I do as well. When I go to a restaurant I just remember what I ate and I look it up in the database. If for some reason the food item is not in the database you can google it then add it to the database.
