Which is a good protein bar from women?

    I like the Detour ones from Costco, I have not been buying protein bars as I am kinda new but got these because I used to be short on protein daily with my increased activity...

    The Blue ones taste like mars bars - yummy! I have them as a mid-morning/post workout snack.
