Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to share some before and after pics of my journey on MFP. To all of my wonderful, beautiful AMAZING friends that I have made on here...THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your love,encouragement and support through my journey and now durring mintenance. I know that I would have probably given up and NOT reached my goals without you. Love you all!

And to those of you who I am not directly friends with...I hope that seeing my change might help encourage you to keep hanging in there...even when it's so hard to and you want to give up-remember this...you are worth it...you are beautiful and you desurve to be a helthier happier you. XX.

Now for the FUN part (LOL)...the pics. If you are going to leave a comment, please be nice...hahah!

This is me at my heaviest about 198 lbs

The next one is after about 40 lbs of weight lost (little more than half way to goal)

    Amazing!!!!!!!! Can I asked you how long it took you to reach your goal and how much you actually lost. Also what were you doing ie cardio/weights/dieting?

    Hi there,
    It took 10 months to reach my goal and I have lost 68lbs. As far as work outs go, I do circut training (I like to make up my own...LOL, I tried 30 DS but I loathe Jillian Michaels LOL), I just started jogging (Jog walk right now), and I like to just lift 10 lb hand weights right now but hope to do some more strength training to tone myself a little more. :smile:

    YES...that is my kid...hahah the youngest of my 5 kids:love: !!! Hahaha! My oldest is 13!

    WOW...you look amazing!!!! My starting weigth was 198 as well.....but I know there is NO WAY my stomach will ever be that flat. Kudos to you......job well done!
