UK PEOPLE - protein shakes?

I've heard so many good things about shakeology, but that seems to be US only (also it's pretty expensive). So is there any particular protein shake for post-workout that is widely available in the UK that anyone can recommend?

I use Maxitone Sculptress. The chocolate is quite nice and you can get it in Holland & Barretts. PHD Diet Whey is another one thats tasty but I used to get that off Ebay.

I use Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard and it's fairly cheap.

    I second that.
  • I'm not keen on protein shakes, they make me bloat. I use Scivation Xtend, during and after my workouts.

Same here, but different blends of protein and for flavour plain old chocolate smooth. The site also has loads of brilliant information, and a forum.
  • I recently decided not to buy anymore shakes as I'd rather get all I need from my diet, I'll like the biorhythm products as its all natural ingredients, quite rich tasting though
