I have all the firm tapes wondering if anyone has tried it. Something new if Winter weather keeps me from running outside. I love the other firm tapes but think they could be more challenging so hoping this one is:) Thanks

    i use to do the firm tapes when i was younger love than they did great for me i dont know if i did the firm wave. right now i have the firm total body and i need to do it .it will kick my butt .i love the firm and the steel tapes theri the ones i just like doing the best:happy:

    Thanks I sprained my ankle pretty bad and can not run on the pavement right now its killin me I might try some new tapes:) I have every firm tape but not the wave maybe I will try it

    The firm wave looks awesome. They sell it at meijer and walmart now for like $60. I really want to get one. I've read good things about it online. The firm stuff is usually good.
