I need Jillian ........in my house.......everyday......screaming at me when i'm about to do something stupid.....like eating the stupid pancake dinner mom made escpecially after not being able to exercise for a couple of days. I'm almost right back where I started! I knew better. I knew while I was eating it. *sigh*:sad:

I know how you feel lol I did that on thursday! I felt crappy, but like everyone says on here, today's a new day! start fresh and try your hardest to stick with MFP. It'll be ok.
I started out at 184lbs and want to get to 135lbs...so we have that in common...
I wish I could give you better advice, but I'm in the same rut. I'm currently at 158 and the scale keeps going up instead of down.... Maybe someone else will have some good advice lol

i knw its so hard to pass up one of those homemade dinners from mama. but u gotta remember portion size. its ok to indulge every now n then just take a small portion. good luck.0

yeah I feel you... I also needed someone to kick me from behind and scream at me whenever I pig out or slack off from my workout... just like today..oh man... :grumble:
This is hard but let's do this together ok?
BTW is pancake dinner the same as the kind of pancakes you have for breakfast? stupid question hehe.. I mean was it like the same recipe for pancakes except you have it for dinner or is it different? because really, pancakes are my weakness.. :noway:0 -
Yeah, they're pancakes just like breakfast. It's this whole "Breakfast for dinner" thing she does occasionally. Pancakes, scrambled eggs with chopped bacon and sausage in them, yummy buttermilk biscuits made from scratch......oy. Basically, a heart-attack on a plate. *sigh*0

I had 3 days of crappy eating... it's hard to stay on track but as long as we get back on track after a few days we will be fine !0

Use that anger to move in the right direction ... channel it with your vision in mind, you'll be back in the game in no time.
I did the same thing recently ... knew it while I was doing it - stupid cookies! I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I recovered thanks to MFP.
It could always be worse ... I figure the longer I'm trying to lose weight is the longer I'm not gaining weight and getting worse than I was. So even when I'm not loosing as fast as I want, I'm also not gaining as fast as I could be.

Good points and it's good to know i'm not alone in my little binge of stupidity. LOL Today I haven't even had breakfast yet as i'm trying to weigh out the healthiest option because i'm afraid to screw it up................i think i'm going to have to plan out my meals for the week, including snacks and put them in baggies.........get control over your portion control girl!!! lol0
