Cellulite appear after started working out

:huh: I have been overweight for almost 10 years now. I have been blessed with relatively smooth undimpled skin. It seems the more I work out the worse it looks. I look like I walked out in the middle of one of our famous Kansas hail storms...we're talking major hail damage. I do cardio..Zumba and walking, plus I do stregnth on my balance ball.. and I am going to physcial therapy twice a week...which seems to be pilates based. How come when I didn't work out I was smooth and now that I am working out I look awful in places. Anybody else have this problem?
