    My name is Jon, I live in Northern Virginia, and I would love to share the battle of the bulge with others. I am 45 and need to lose 40 lbs, but would like to lose more than that if I can. All friends are welcome and if I can figure out how to use this site effectively I promise to make motivation reciprocal.
