I am a single mom of four one of which is a special needs child LOOKING FOR ENCOURAGEMENT> HAVE LOST 71 lbs, but would like to get down 75 more. I am also up late working swing and graveyard shifts.

    I too work second shift and am up late, also just joined. add me as a friend we can keep each other company. I'm a mom of 2 grown daughters. The name is Pam and I'm wanting to lose 40 lbs or so. New to this sight so don't have any friends yet. Good luck okay?
