I've lost 100 pounds since Feb 17, 2011 when I joined MFP! I know my dedication to using this website has been a huge part of my success!! Purely logging my food and exercising has made all the difference. Thanks MFP!

I'm about 5'8". There really isn't much of a story. I logged all my food, which means I measured, counted, weighed everything I ate - and I still do. I started off with walking as my exercise, then found Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I did that for 30 days in a row last summer. I started getting more of her videos. I then signed up for a half marathon that I originally intended to walk, but during the training started running, and completed the half marathon by running and walking in intervals. Now I love running! I've run the half, a 10k last February and a 5k in April. My next half will be the Nike Women's Marathon & Half Marathon in San Francisco. I never really thought I get this thin, but I'm happy about where I am. That's my story. I think my dedication to logging everything and being under my calorie goal everyday is why I accomplished what I did.
Thanks for all your kind comments! :flowerforyou:0 -
