Help, podcast??

I wasn't sure where to post this, but i'm technically challenged and need help.

I'm starting the couch to 5k program tomorrow and was given this link to get the podcast in mp3 format http://www.ullreys.com/robert/Podcasts/page6/page6.html i've downloaded it, and now it's in itunes. i've never used itunes before, i normally use limewire. so i have no clue how to get this podcast from itunes to my coby media mp3 player

help!!

    Are you on Vista?

    If you are, go to your menu, and choose (In this order) [music], then [iTunes], then [iTunes Music] and the file is in that folder. You can copy and paste it where you keep your music for Limewire.

    The other short cut....

    Go into iTunes. Right click on the podcast and choose [Get Info]. At the very bottom of the box that pops up is a spot that says "Where: c:/blah blah blah..." That's where the song is located on your computer.

    is there anyway to download it to somewhere other then itunes....cause nothing seems to be working from there. and it either goes to itunes or quicktime which i don't have either
