When Do You Weigh Yourself?

I know that weight fluctuates throughout the day...So I wanted to get some opinions about the best time and method to weighing yourself?

    I weigh myself first thing in the morning shortly after waking up and before I eat anything.

    Every Monday morning, after bathroom, before breakfast, no clothes eliminates some of the variables that can occur. Good luck!

    I weigh in the mornings after my shower. I only weigh oncce a week. I picked Wednesday cause to me I feel like it breaks up the weeek.

    Same here! It's just a part of my morning routine now. However, the best advice I took was to take some measurements. I have been stuck at 11 pounds lost for about a week, however, when I did my weekly measurements I had lost an inch from my neck and from my waist. Just another thought for you.

    if i have the energy workout some beforehand
    once a month since im at maintainence but once a week beforehand
    ps-hubby loves the lakers he will be routing for them whenever they play next:wink:
