Had a fairly good week this week. Did my exercise and kept within my calories and I got my hair cut yesterday which i think added to the weight loss - well my hair was waist length and now shoulder length and it feels so much lighter now.

    SW - 180
    LW - 161
    CW - 158

3lbs down and I'm out of the 160's just got to break the 11 stone barrier (154lbs).

Well the scale seems to be moving in the right direction this week. I was up slightly last week to 168, I am safely back down to 166 this week. It was actually slightly less today but I am using Wednesdays weight. Fingers crossed for next week.

I only browsed through quickly, but there are some big congrats owed to many. I will try to come back when I have a moment, but in the meantime I am sure you know who you are. WTG

    Ok... Its Wednesday

So, I do have good news... not the greatest, but its good...

    SW 230
    LW 219
    TW 218

I started moving down again! Not back to 217 which is what I was before I started climbing up again, but I am thankful the scale is moving in the downward motion.
Thank you, ladies, so much for you encouragement!!! I can not tell you what it means to me. You guys know more about my weight struggle than those right here around me everyday. It is just easier to share with you gals  And I appreciate each and every one of you so very much!!
I am starting back on the C25K program. I am starting from the beginning because I have let too much time lapse and I have not been working out... so, from the beggining it is...
Ok, ladies!!! Onward and upward...ahem... I mean DOWNWARD!!! With the scale numbers that is lol
    Lets ROCK this!!!! :drinker:

Yay!!! Another lb! *High fives!* :drinker:
We appreciate you too! You started this wonderful group afterall! Where would we be without YOU? :flowerforyou:
Best of luck on the C25K program, I actually finished it a few weeks ago and am running in a 5k race next weekend. If I can do it, so can you!

Hope I'm not intruding but I noticed the post as: "june starters" and since I started in June also.........

    Starting weight: 192
    Current weight: 174

    18 lbs/ lost

Started off walking 1.5 miles in like 20 minutes in June

Now I am averaging 3.5 miles in 33-35 min running - not bragging just kinda pumped about it :)

today i did my longest walk / run - was gone for like 48 min - 86 degrees and really humid - i think its around 4 miles - can't wait to measure it out

Great job to all on where you are - and yes it is the sodium - those packaged meals are loaded with it but they do make point counting easy - my wife and I make a game of it - we mark everything with a sharpie with point values and try to see who can eat the most for the fewest points

Hey guys! Forgot to post yesterday, but I did weigh myself so I'm on top of it. We seem to have done really good this week, congrats to all the "losers!" :flowerforyou:

    SW: 191
    LW: 163.5
    TW: 162

Wahoo!! One more pound and I will be down 30 pounds since June 1st!!! I'm still considering changing my goal to 140 instead of 150...but I can't bear the thought of changing it now and seeing my "pounds to go" change to 20 something pounds. I'll see how I feel at 150 and go from there.

I finally feel "normal" so to speak. I don't stand out in the crowd as the big girl anymore; I can just be one of the girls. I can share clothes and go out and not feel self-conscious about myself. It's weird that all I ever wanted was to just be like my friends. I never wanted to be skinny, I just wanted to be like them...and now I pretty much am!! :) It's a great feeling. Now if only I could gain a little confidence in the men department...

Hi my friends ... my goodness, I feel like I've been neglecting everyone and everything. As you can see by the new profile picture ... renovations have taken over all of my spare time. It's a crazy amount of work that I want done. It will be well worth it in the long run ... I wish I was rich ... then I'd hire some young strapping men with names like Sven, Raphael, or Carlos to do the work. I'd be taking way more pictures then I do now if that happened. LOL
