Interesting stuff

I got on here at the request of a friend and today was my first day logging everything. I'm eating fewer calories than I thought (I don't usually track them). The food database is pretty extensive, too.

If nothing else, this is going to help me keep track of just HOW much water I'm drinking and become more consistent with it (some days I'm good, some days I'm bad), and keep track of my exercise and probably be more accountable for that. Hoping so, anyway!
