Which ice cream scoop is the best?

I seem to keep breaking them.......I thought this one would last forever because it was pretty solid and had metal all the way through the middle.....Not so much.........What do you guys use? Do you think I should just leave it out of the freezer for a few min to let it thaw a bit first?

This is an important subject, i'm surprised nobody is takingthis seriously.
I got a kitchen aid one 4 1/2 years ago. It survived me being pregnant with ice cream's baby(seriously, it was july and i was overdue), and has been used at least weekly since then. Nothing flashy, but very sturdy and hasn't fallen apart yet.0 -

ergonomic joke aside, i was being serious. it's the best ice cream scoop ever. i never ever have to wait for thawing, or soak in water. i just scoop the ice cream into the bowl then spoon it into my face.This is an important subject, i'm surprised nobody is takingthis seriously.

I also have this one. I would recommend not digging the scoop into the ice cream, rather running it across the top layer. So scoop the top, don't dig down super deep.0 -

I have one from Tupperware and it is the best scoop ever!!!
I have had it for 7 years and it has never failed me. I just wish I had two for when that one is in the dishwasher. LOL 0
