Not sure if I should consider this a NSV

This morning I got the dogs ready for our morning walk. They were in rare form today. Not 5 minutes in I tripped over my bulldog and fell. Hit my knee and scrapped the crap outta my arm. Now I have to add here that I am disabled. I have sever Rheumatoid Arthritis and have since I was 19. I have had to quit working because of it, and walking is my Main usually only form of exercise. I usually have to be careful to not set off a flare. After the fall I so just wanted to grab the dogs and go straight back home. Instead I continued on my way and walked the full 3KM. Don't get me wrong I am paying for it. And probably won't be able to walk tomorrow. I seem to have tweaked my back at the same time. I have permanent spinal damage as well as wrists that can't take any weight, that is from my RA. Luckily I feel onto my forearms.

I guess my point is, I DID MY WALK. Despite wanting to stop. I mean I am going to be paying for the fall for the next week anyway. At least I got a walk in today. :blushing: Again not too sure I should consider it a NSV but I am...

Thank you. It is great to see other people on here with RA. Makes this journey very hard. I keep reminding myself that every pound I lose is taking 4 pounds of pressure off my poor knees.

ABSOLUTELY YOU SHOULD !!!!!!! It is a victorious victory!!! I don't have your health problem - I do have damage to the knees and know how painful that can be - but nothing like RA. Well done you for your determination and perserverance. Recover quickly :flowerforyou:

That's a great NSV. Sometimes we see the results in our new attitudes. Great Job!
