Circuit Training

Mixing things up with starting a circuit. My question is, can I repeat it daily or am I better off doing something every other day?

    Kristen, did you circuit train everyday or every other... this is my appointment to break my plateau!

    Well I'm a beginner so it maybe cause it was a kick start.
    But i go to curves was everyday but now have taken it down to 3 times
    a week and when i don't go to the gym i either go to the gym or
    do my Biggest loser videos in my room.So the circuit is already set up for me.
    It's 30 secs cardio, 30 secs strength training and i go around twice.

    I just started this week at my gym a circuit training class. boy does it kick my butt!! im currently sitting on an icpack on my butt and leg lol Im have a wedding the weekend of july 4th and i need to fit into the bridesmaid dress i ordered a size smaller back in march. I would like to lose 10-15 lbs by then. Im hoping by a month of doing this *kitten* kicking class that its abtainable!
