Zumbathon - Any tips?

I'm doing a charity Zumbathon on Sunday, which is basically 3 hours of Zumba. I should be okay through it, one hour leaves me a bit tired but able to do more, and you can leave at any point if you're gonna die!
Does anyone have any tips/things I should be aware of? I'd love to be able to do the full 3.

As it's as long as some (fast!) people run a Marathon, fuel it like one. Find something you can stomach while dancing - energy bars, gels or sports drink for example - and have small amounts every 45 minutes before you feel tired or hungry. I did a zumbathon in Feb. I managed to complete 2 and a half hours. You get breaks in between and at the one I did, they gave us bananas to eat if we felt peckish-a great workout food0
