You can't do a standard conversion from one to another - grams measure weight and spoons measure volume.
The answer will depend completely on what item you are measuring.

What type of teaspoons and tablespoons are you working with? Stainless steel or aluminum?

It depends. If it's 22 grams of sugar, it would probably be like a half a dozen teaspoons, but if it was 22 grams of a neutron star, it would be too small to measure properly.

You can get digital scales with a budget of $20. Just so you know how much to save up.

    In the meantime, keep smiling.
