Thank you everyone! I have been blessed with a good shape, most of my weight I carry in my hips/thighs/butt. My doctor said a good weight for me might even be 150, we'll see when I get there. I don't want to be just thin, I want a rockin' body! I want a bit of muscle and to keep my curves so we'll see. I have been doing Zumba, strength training, the occasional jog or walk, Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and recently started Pilates on Netflix.0
