Hey guys so I am a 27 year old female with a bit if body fat to loose but I am doing a lot of weight training and my gym suggested I take protein to build muscle and aid recovery. I want to loose more than a stone but try to tighten up.
I would like some opinions on this from people who have used ether of these and which is recommend and also if your female do you feel it has benefited you in toning and becoming more lean?
All advice welcome and thank you x

I just look for protein that is in the 120 calorie range and low in fat and sugar. I try not to go over 2 grams of fat per serving when choosing protein. The Gold Standard whey is good, I like the chocolate mint flavor.0
