Hi everyone. Just joined today and I'm so excited. I've been trying for the past month to lose-by myself- and I just can't seem to lose. I talked with a nutritionist and she gave me this website. I'm very happy to have some support. The past year has been a rocky one. I got an infection in my knee from surgery and have been battling it for the past 12 months. 6 surgeries, 5 months without a knee- spent in a wheelchair and 50lbs gained. I'm ready to get out and live my life.
To wait until tomorrow is to LATE!

    I am new too, I am going to try and use this sight to its full advantage. I would periodically add my food into the tracker but not consistently or even finish the whole day. I am commited to losing weight!
