BMI shocker

Options
crikey just started on here, got a good feeling about it but just checked my BMI on NHS website and it said I was obese...I reckon I have 3 stone to lose to be back to normal for my height and everything but got a real shock. so basically if I lose this 3 stone I am back well within healthy BMI.....

I couldn't BELIEVE that my BMI is in the obese range too. :( I'm 5'7" 215lbs, but I wear it well (if that makes sense.) I don't think I look quite as big as I am, so I was really shocked to see that being "overweight" is now a goal of mine. I'm trying not to beat myself up for getting to this point, but rather be proud that I've lost 4lbs in the two weeks I've been at this.

Let the 'shock' push you onto a healthier you!!
I was carrying 9litres of water which equals 9kgs and thought...wow...I need to loose half of this!!
All the very best for your weight loss

I posted this article for my friends the other day. According to the BMI just about every runningback in the NFL and even MIchael Jordan in his prime are in the obese range.
