So I just started using this website and I love it. However, I am breastfeeding and I don't know how to add in my extra calories for that. Help!

    I think if you go under your exercise tabby, there is acually a cardio selection for breastfeeding so you can keep track of it as your calories burned so you know how much more to eat?
