    Nice Job WTG Im so happy for you! what things have you changed in your life to achieve this?

    My entire mentality has changed! One big thing though is I realized that I have the apatite of a grown man so I just have to do a lot of cardio to keep in my calorie range. Also, it's not so much about 'keeping within your calories' as it is WHAT your calories are made up of. I still allow for some 'unhealthy' foods here and there though;)
    Another HUGE thing has been completely cutting anything but water and milk from what I drink. I DOWN the water now lol.

    Thanks for keeping your clothes on! Some of the before and after threads are downright horrifying in what people will show you!

    lol! I agree with you. I have veryyy different views on modesty than a lot of people my age...it's very important for me to be covered and modest all the time!
    btw, this isn't meant to put anyone else down...just my views!;)
