I just wanted to say hi! Im from colorado springs and stationed at Fort carson. I have tried everything to lose these last 20 pounds and I am super frustrated. I will admit that I dont always follow my diet rules (although I rarely go over 1500 calories a day)I have an extreme case of hypothyrism that I have been battling for years but up until recently I have been able to keep at a steady weight (maybe its because I jsut hit 30. I am super active and go to spin class and the gym 5-6 times a week. I guess thats all. Thought would give this a whirl.

I love you girlie & I'm glad you joined this site. Download the app for your phone & maybe if you have a local friend who uses it (seems everybody does) they can hold you more accountable. I know a girl who sits right next to me at work got me hooked on this site & we're constantly trading recipes and sweet treat secrets! You only have like 20 pounds to go... I have like 5x that!
