I am committed to my new lifestyle -- personal training twice a week, walking a couple of other times a week, but not depriving myself of anything as far as food and drinks for the most part. I just fit it into my calories, and it isn't even that hard, really. Granted, it's taken me almost a year to lose 18 pounds, but in another year, I'll probably be at my goal fitness level.0

I think because you have a goal, you have already committed yourself, whether you finish or not. It was that first step in deciding that really put you on a good path.0

You need 17 commitment points (at least)0

For a true committment I think a ring should be involved. Jewelry = committment (j/k) :laugh:0
