So I know Cheryl (CMRiverside) already has an AWESOME post that hits some of these, but I was doing this for myself, and figured, why not just post it.
These are my personal favorite top 12 posts (I know I know, most people use a top 10, but I'm not exactly what you'd call a "conformist" so 12 it is!)
