BodyRockers and Zuzuna

I want to friend some more people on MyFitnessPal that are bodyrockers. I love the workouts at bodyrock.tv but I discovered ZWow yesterday from their former host and I may have found my new workout love. Add me if you want to do it with me, or if you already do them!!

I haven't try any of Zuzana's workouts yet since bodyrock has daily workouts and I had made up my own circuit.

Thank you for the message I will check out the group! The reason I am leaning towards Zuzana is because she does the whole thing with you so I don't know I feel better. lol.. With bodyrock though I like being able to do it on my own. The May challenge is tough, but I am enjoying it!!
