Hi ladies! I'm beginning my own personal ChaLEAN Extreme Challenge so I can get LEAN & STRONG!! I'm on my last week/Round 2 of Brazil Butt Lift and I'm excited to now work on these muscles. Anyone interested in joining me? Just add or PM me.

I am in my last week and a half of the Lean Phase and then moving on to P90X!! Good luck! I absolutely loved it, and I swore prior to trying it as I a gym rat I would never give up my gym membership, but I am sold...!!!0

I am on DAY 3 of ChaLEAN.. or tomorrow will be DAY 3.. SOO Sore.. just finished up Turbo Fire.. Second round of ChaLean Extreme but it will be done correctly this time .:)0

SO EXCITING! I've mixed CLX with my BBL and am SO loving her energy. Thats JUST what i needed. But I finally printed my logs and calendar and am ready to start OFFICIALLY!0

I absolutely LOVED ChaLEAN Extreme, I'm finishing up BBL and moving onto Turbo Fire!!!! Soooo excited to start Turbo Fire! I will be incorporating CLX weights during TF too!0

Hello! I am doing P90x/BBL first round, a bit disappointed because I am not loosing weight. ( I want to loss 15 or more lb) I bought Chalean extreme and turbo fire to continue after Im done with the P90x/BBL, 5 more weeks.
I was reading at the nutritional plan: 1300 calories! omg I will be sooooo hungryyyyyy
I am a Beach body fan and I want to change!0 -

I did a month and a half of Turbo Fire but had to step back because of pain in my right foot (TF was too much jumping). I'm starting a round of Chalean Extreme (actually began two days ago).0
