June Move It Challenge

Hey everyone - I have a group starting in June to focus on moving everday for the month of June. The goal is to get in the habit of getting exercise and being accountable. Ideally it has to be 30 minutes of something everyday. I am encouraging everyone to try something new as well but the point is to move!

If you are interested send me a message. I was going to have the group on Facebook and hadn't decided if I would do a group on here as well.. That might be hard to monitor but it depends no how many are in!

    I'm In.. Its a perfect challenge for me beacause I always say I want to exercise but I don't hold myself accountable.. So this challenge can teach me how to make exercising into a habit.. Thanks for this.. I don't have a facebook tho :(.. So I hope people join this challenge..

    how did you get the pounds lost graphic- did I miss that?
    I'm definately in on the 30 min daily routine exercise
