Not new... to trying new approaches to weight loss and maintaining overall health...
So far I like it here very easy to log information.
I have also notice now that I am tracking my food intake and exercise, I am more aware of the choices I am making when it comes to meals and activity...eating healthier foods and ramping up the activity! (within reason of course).

Welcome! I just joined last week, but I'm really enjoying it. Tracking calories is definitely the easiest way I've ever lost weight, and it has made grocery shopping really easy, since I just have to look at the label to get an idea if the food will fit into my day easily.

Welcome. This is my first time dieting. I mean really dieting, not just saying I am going to watch what I eat and then falling off the wagon when the weekend comes. So far, I love it. I am way more conscious about what I eat and I weigh the pros and cons of my food before I eat it. I don't waste my calories on food that's awful for me and I find myself making way healthier choices. Before joining this website, I didn't know what a portion size was. When I started I was totally obsessed with the calories and would find myself hungry at the end of the day. But I think it's because I was so used to overeating that my brain was telling me I was hungry even though my stomach was full. Trust me, before joining this site, I could eat 24/7. Now I don't overeat like I used to and I feel like I have more energy. I work out. I never would have done that a year ago. That's kind of what got me into this mess. Anyway, I hope you love ths site and I help it gets you on the right path to being healthier.0
