If I didn't have my iPod I swear I would never be able to make it. Usually I like to listen to music that has a moderate tempo and a sound that makes me zone out. I love listening to the album Fantasies by Metric. Also, depending on what type of music you are into you can check out Circa Survive or Four Year Strong - both are up tempo alt/indy bands that I listen to when I'm on the home stretch sprint.

    Happy running!

Have you ever heard of Infected Mushroom? My son played this for me the other day and I'm not kidding, great running music. Check it out.

Green Day is one of my favorites. They have a lot of up tempo songs to keep me going. I also do a bunch of Manson, Metallica, etc.

I have different playlists depending on my mood. It mostly has been hard rock/metal but I also have an oldies (love me some Beatles) and country as well. It doesn't get so boring if I change it up.

And I throw on some obnoxious songs too but if anyone sees me doing the YMCA I deny it.
