I just did my first 24hr fast today. I made it through the day fine, but I am confused about how much I should eat when breaking my fast. Do I eat just a regular sized meal? For me that is 400-600 cals. Or do I eat all of my cals for the day ( 1600)? Help!! I am a bit confused and I am getting more confused the more I try and research on line!
Any advice would be welcome.

The goal of a fast is not to put off all your calories til the end of the day. It's a cleanse. Eat your healthy meal (dinner I presume) and know that you can eat a little more for that meal. Your stomach has probably shrunk a little too.You may not want more than the normal amount.0

That's what I thought.. but I felt like everything I read was telling me something different. I think that the biggest thing about the fast was I realized how many times I go to put little bits of food in my mouth. It really has made me aware of that again.0
