Last week was awesome, I dropped weight HOWEVER.. my work outs have been dwindling. I never meet my caloric goals and I eat pretty damn well ( IMO and def. compared to how I used to eat). My only problem is working out. I have this LOUSY exercise bike that gives me a wopping 180 calories for 20-30 minutes. I LOVE walking/running ( I have been trying to get into running by doing 30 second intervals in-between my walks, alternating running walking) but I haven't been able to go recently with my schedule, so easiest thing is, THIS BIKE. I am getting my Wii in this Thursday so, I hope with the Wiifit, I can now have more AT HOME exercises to do that I HOPE will burn some extra calories.. Especially when I get Zumba. This stupid bike is really getting me down. I was doing so well when I could bike AND walk. It's sort of putting me in a slump where I feel I am going to fall off the wagon. Be kind, don't beat me up. lol. :flowerforyou:

You WILL NOT quit. You WILL NOT be discouraged. I would do other things besides the bike. Do some crunches, push ups, abdominal leg raises, jumping jacks, etc. Even jump rope without a rope. All that will burn more and you can do it in your living room!
You don't need a machine to work out. You only need you. I KNOW you can do this. You've come so far so fast.0 -
Give you props for working out indoors in the first place. I get outside whenever possible no matter the weather. I started riding my bike just to squeeze in a workout during my commute! Now its a great workout any time. Keep trying new stuff you'll get your groove on somewhere. Aerobic videos help keep other people motivated, maybe it will work for you. God bless0

I have NO HRM so I can't even track what I really burn. I can't drop 100$ on one right now. Super Discouraged but I will def. Try all those exercises tomorrow.. I need to do something.0

I'm one of your biggest supporters. You can do this. I just went way over on my cals today. Guess what I'm doing all Melisa said to do. Gotta get er done! So remember I'm here.
